Unionville Academy

Unionville Academy is a private secondary school registered under the Ontario Ministry of Education.
The primary goal of Unionville Academy is to help and educate our students in receiving the Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) successful. All Unionville Academy students must successfully complete a total of 30 credits (18 of which are compulsory), the Ontario Literacy Test and 40 hours of community service in order to be granted the OSSD. A OSSD is globally recognized as being equivalent to those obtained from the United States or Commonwealth countries.

 

At Unionville Academy, students are taught in an enriched manner, which focuses on the development of academic skills to prepare students for entry to post-secondary education in colleges and universities. Our graduates experience great success at leading universities in Canada and throughout the world.

 

Unionville Academy is conveniently located in the City of Markham (Greater Toronto Area) and is easily accessible via the 401, 404 and 407 highways and public transit. Unionville Academy is offering a wide range of courses, extracurricular activities, individual guidance and high academic standards.

Unionville Academy organizes social practices not only allow the students to fully understand the social and cognitive, but also helps improve students independent and sense of responsibility. Every year our students will participate in all aspect of volunteering work, universities campus tour, and internships. These social practices will guide the students to their future goals and career.
